I would like to know the right time of eating so that it could be most beneficial. Just before or immediately after i brush the teeth, I drink quantity of water that I can drink. Then I eat honey small spoon in about 5 minutes of gap after drinking water. Then after an hour or so i take routine breakfast.

I would like to know if my way of eating it is correct and good for the health.

since last couple of months i have notices that i throat dries up at night. I get up usually every 2/3 hours to urinate and then must drink water as the throat is dried up.

I have visited three doctors, who tole me that the throat is healthy, and suggested me to drink maximum water during the day, some of them told me to take dosages which clears your stomach in the morning and so on. But nothing changed.

during day time i am (my throat) very normal.

Does anyone has idea about this issue?

I have this friend who is married and in his 50s. He told me that his girl friend (in 40s) knows all there is to know about his family and that he is married. And made it clear to her in the first meeting. It is surprising that still that woman is sticking to this married man.

What could be the logic behind it?

Does she have the right in property of married man?

Or is there any other reasoning behind it?

I have one friend his name is X but he tell everyone that he is Y. His official name is X. His all the documents like PAN card, passport etc in his original name X.

However, he tells everyone that he is Y. to support this he has made his driving license in the name of Y.

What can you call this person o rather what is the term for this kind of person?

I run a meet up group. For identification of members, I ask for PAN Card copy and Original for verification. I wanted to know, if, I can ask for it legally. As someone in the group protested staying you cannot ask it as per Income Tax laws. If you do, so then you are punishable.

I have Cannon ImageClass MF4150 All In One. I have been using this machine for number of years and also been used to upload scanned documents in .pdf format. Last year I had a problem as the file was not being uploaded in the website of Govt of India. Later I noticed that the extension of file was displayed in capital letters (.PDF) instead of small letter (.pdf ). So I manually changed the file extension to small letter then upload was accepted. This year in the file name there is no extension displayed so I am not able to change it. Now, in the document property the extension is shown in capital letters (.PDF).

I need assistance to know how to make extension of file is displayed in the file name so as to change to small letters. Cannon has given a software with which i scan files in PDF format.

I have set new mail arrival in Outlook express, but sound does not play when new email arrives. I have checked speakers and all others works okay except new email arrival warning sound.

Do you have any suggestion?

I had HP laptop (Compaq 9x 9010) for which, I purchased 150 GB capacity Hard Disk couple of years back. After some time the laptop became obsolete, so I disposed it off and used this Hard Disk as external storage. But so far I have not been able to use it effectively. Whenever connected to my computer (Compaz Presario) the computer halts and the indicate light in the external hard disk keeps on blinking. May be the cumputer is searching for data on the sternal Hard Disk which is formatted and empty. But it takes indefinite time and during this period computer do not respond to any action. Unless External Hard Disk is disconnected i am not able to use the computer. At one instance I decided to wait untill the scanning of external hard disk by the computer is is over. Eventually I received a pop up saying "Windows - Delayed Write Failed"

Now I need your assistance in order to make this external hard disk work normally. Do you have any suggestions? Is there any specific driver required to be installed? FYI I have windows XP Istalled on my Computer.

How to turn on pop when new email arrives?

I was just thinking of doing something for business. So what I thought would better was to put up a shop to sell computers and its peripherals. Now one has to furnish and do lots of thing to make the shop attractive and presentable to attract the people.

But about the items on the display.

Do you have to buy them or the company (manufacturers) give it on credit for reimbursement of the price as and when sold?

Or do you have to pay marginal price?

Is there any other system?.

I purchased PS II (slim type - new version) about 2/3 years back in Singapore. On return to India I used it for couple of months almost all DVDs played well. But subsequently I had problems running them. When I play them, system configuration would open instead game to start. Sometimes, the screen would say insert PS II format CD (Though I tried everywhere I have never come across such thing as PS II Format CD). Some of the DVDs would work and play after restarting console 10-15 times. But then picture gets blurred and gets stuck and if you restart it would not play again. Some time back I purchased CDS from one reputed store and those DVDS too could not be not played. After talking to the manufacturer he told me that there is something like transmission system. In India we have PAL and in Singapore its something else. So the Play station bought in Singapore is not compatible to be used with DVDs available in India. I checked on DVDs some were PAL and some were NTSC. But both types of DVDs could be played on the console. I do not know what to do. I hope some of you guys might help me out with the solution.

There is wide spread corruption in the country openly to the tunes of almost 40 billion (3gScam), There was this Kalmadi, Adarsh Scams and so on. There might be innumerous scandals which are not known to public. None of the culprits are going to be punished. Kalmad, Raja, Kanimozi and all others in jail, would be freed on bail after couple of months. Then gradually the CBI cases would be presented to the court in such a way that court will have no option but to release all these traitors.

Now is the time to strike, we all Indian have to come together and force the government for electoral and political reform.

1) The most important point to bear in mind is, no one should be allowed to make politics to be his family business. So it is necessary to make a law that no one should be allowed to contest election for more than twice for any public elections be it state level, Country level or municipality level. So also no one is allowed to be in any governmental position more than 2 terms.

This is just on one point have illustrated.

If public from the country where there was dictatorship and military rule (Egypt), people take to street and make dictator to leave the country. In country like ours where we have certain rights under democracy and free to take any action to protect interest of general public, which were absent in Egypt.

In one of the excel sheet i have about 4000 entries (words). If i want to go to particular word, how do i go to it by selecting some command in the Excel menus (without scrolling Through all the cells)?

I give you history, I joined gym about three months ago and continued for about 20 days. On 20th day I did extra session of elliptical machine of 10 minutes also one more machine ( i do not know the name) on which you have to keep pedaling and your body moves up and down. It is work out which give stress mainly to the knees. After 20 days I stopped going to the gym for some reason.

After some days i found that from my knee ankle paining if seated for long time in one place. If you walk some distance it stops. Sometime it pains even if you are not seated in one place for long time. I went to the Doctor who told me that cause is exertion, and he gave me some medicine and told me to walk slowly everyday as much as I used to walk earlier for about 15 days and then gradually increase the speed. I followed his instruction (of course i did not go for walk everyday) but again the same problem. I again went to doctor and again he advised to me the same thing. Important point here is if you check any part of leg by touching or putting some pressure it does not pain at all. Now, it is more than one month. I do not know what to do. Shall be glad to know if anyone of you knows this ailment or suggest cure?

Additional point: every day I am on computer for 7 hours in office and 3 hours at home (sometime more). So is it magnetic effect of working on computer which coincided with above?

I wish to visit Ecuador and neighboring countries to see new places and explore possibilities to immigrate do some business to earn leaving. I have short listed some countries like Ecuador, Peru Chile and others. I am learning Spanish currently. But to be on the safer side want to know if English is widely understood. Is English welcome by the locals there or you have to know Spanish 100%? If possible tell me on all the South American countries you know,people from world visit as tourist or for permanent settlement?

When i attach external storge drive to computer and this warning is displayed. I tried number of times without sucess. Do you have solution?????
