My throat dries up only during night after i sleep.?

since last couple of months i have notices that i throat dries up at night. I get up usually every 2/3 hours to urinate and then must drink water as the throat is dried up.

I have visited three doctors, who tole me that the throat is healthy, and suggested me to drink maximum water during the day, some of them told me to take dosages which clears your stomach in the morning and so on. But nothing changed.

during day time i am (my throat) very normal.

Does anyone has idea about this issue?

Thanks in advance.

You may have uncontrolled diabetes. Increased thirst is a classic symptom and so is frequent urination, especially at night. The only way to determine the answer and solution to your problem is to revisit your GP, and to ask him to take your blood sugar levels. If you don't want to see your GP and still want to find out if you have diabetes, then you can buy urinalysis strips that will detect any glucose in your urine. You can also buy a blood glucose monitor that will count your blood sugar level. If it turns out that you do have diabetes (which is very unlikely), then you need to see your GP for the correct treatment. It may not be diabetes, it could be due to hundreds of different conditions. Still, better safe than sorry. Best of luck.

It is probably just open mouth syndrome. Everyone think something is wrong when they have it. Basically, you sleep with your mouth open, and yes that means you probably snore, its not a big deal.
