What is the right time to consume honey?

I would like to know the right time of eating so that it could be most beneficial. Just before or immediately after i brush the teeth, I drink quantity of water that I can drink. Then I eat honey small spoon in about 5 minutes of gap after drinking water. Then after an hour or so i take routine breakfast.

I would like to know if my way of eating it is correct and good for the health.

    Better when taken with the meal at regular meal times. And it is easy to get too much honey...
