If you have no leather cleaner ?
Put hair shampoo in warm water
and using a soft cloth or cotton wool
and using a circular motion rub the ink

First, mask off around the stains with masking tape. One of the problems is that the stain can spread out while you are trying to remove it. Second, try a tiny amount of waterless hand cleaner. Many ink stains are oily. Third, try kerosene. If you have the pen that made the stain, make a new stain in an obscure place -- possibly underneath the seat. Try the waterless hand cleaner, kerosene, or Soft Scrub process on the test spot until you find out what works best. You might also try Color Back, sold in the car wax department. Also, I think Tide makes a felt-tip-pen type stain remover. Worth a try.
