Birthday is September 23rd, what's his astrology sign?

I have a small attraction to my friend who's birthday is September 23rd. We're not too crazy about astrology but I do like seeing the characteristics and how maybe our two signs could match up if we ever got together. I am a cancer female. He says he's a Libra. I've seen some people say this a Virgo and also maybe even a cusp.

    Yes, he is a cusp of Virgo & Libra which means he has traits of both a Virgo & Libra. But his sign is a Libra. Libra starts September 22 and ends October 23.

    The Sun changes sign on that day; you have to go to a site and enter his birth details; what ever sign the Sun is in, is his star sign, you're never "a bit of both".

    Try alabe.com or astrodienst free chart; if you don't know the time of birth, within say 30 minutes, you'll never really know the correct answer though.
