Sansui TV Picture goes black (sound still works) after about an hour of use.?

Sansui TV Picture goes black (sound still works) after about an hour of use, sometimes longer.

This is a 32 inch picture tube type. If I shut it off for awhile it works again. What is causing this, the TV is less than 8 years old, is it dust inside, or ???? How do I fix it?
