How should I wear my hair when I sleep to prevent breakage?
I have very long hair, almost to my waist, and it's very very fine. How should I wear my hair when I sleep to prevent breakage? Should I do a bun? Ponytail? Braids? I appreciate any and all help. Thank you in advance.

The best way to prevent breakage when you sleep is to either sleep on a silk pillow case or buy a silk bandanna to wrap your hair in at night before you go to sleep. You can purchase these at your local beauty stores.

Hair should not be breaking off regardless of its thickness, even when sleeping. I would first look at your hair practices and see if you can prevent the breakage to begin with.

to avoid breakage and prevent split ends, it is best to put in a loose, neat bun on the top of your head :D

Some say that braids break your hair but i highly double it. I would just do a braid.

braid your hair. try washing your hair ever other day with cold(cooler) water and don't dry your hair completely
