Netbook or Tablet for uni?
I'm going into my final year at uni and I'm looking for something very small and lightweight to keep with me most of the time so I can do bits of work whenever I get the chance.
I have a very capable laptop but it's too big and heavy to keep with me (hence why I'm looking for something smaller) but I'm stuck between getting a tablet or a netbook.
During the week I'd be using it on and off most days for a bit of light word processing but mostly reading textbooks, journals etc. I also travel a lot every weekend so I'd like something that I can take on the train with me to do a bit of work, play some games (simple ones like angry birds) and read some books on.
But I'm not sure whether I'd be better off with a little netbook like an Asus eee PC or a tablet with either a keyboard dock or case (like the Asus Transformer?).
Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks,
But I'm not sure whether
Hmm, well I don't need 3G as everywhere I go (all the trains too) have Wi-Fi available. And I'm not bothered about Windows.

netbooks are really really slow, so id prefer a tablet like the asus, ipad, or samsung galaxy. maybe even the sony. the question is if you need 3g. if you want to play angry birds and download apps, then a tablet. you already have a laptop, then a netbook isnt neccessary, unles you want windows 7 also. then id go for a netbook, and upgrade the ram.

once you're in elementary words examining textbooks, something like the Nexus 7 pill might want to artwork advantageous. in case you opt for to take notes and run classes besides, then i'd look at an ultrabook, that is a classification of light-weight computer.
