Chapter 16 of Judge(Manga)?
Yesterday I read all of Rabbit Doubt and what is currently Judge by Tonogai Shiki. According to manga reader, the latest chapter (Chpt. 15) came out on Feb. 29, while other chapters have had random release dates. But is there a certified release date for the next chapter? Or it doesn't say??
Plus (if you can answer this) have any Volumes(light novels) of Rabbit Doubt been released in English? If so, where can I buy them??

So far there are only 15 chapters available in English.

You can browse their forums for more information but as far as I can see there is no certified release date for the next chapter.
I did not manage to find any information on the 'light novel' Rabbit Doubt. There is only a manga and it's completely scanlated in English:
