Well when Jesus was crucified he went to Hell to take the keys.

And yes Jesus is everywhere, whenever you say his name he is present in the room. And he can be everywhere at once.

Interesting question. God indeed is in Hell's thoughts, but in the sense that He is there in the absence of good. He exists in evil for the purpose of the defining point of goodness. If we were to not know good, how could we know evil? It is this sense He exists in Hell, if in the objective sense. He exists in evil for the sake of good, although He is NOT evil. Evil does exist in Him, but He can dwell in evil to prove to us the goodness of His glory. Just take Jesus. He sacrificed Himself at the hands of evil and was embraced by evil, but He did not become evil nor did He succumb to it. Instead, He provided a light for the evil. Hell is the absence of God, but it is for this very reason God exists in a sense there. For how could Hell exist if it did not know what it was the absence of?
