How can I get my A/C to blow cold air?

I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and my A/C is't putting out cold air. I recently had the fan clutch changed with a new one. Also i put some R-134a Plus in it and I'm starting to think that's not the right stuff. (guy at auto zone recommended) But it does seem to blow air just fine but its not cold. Any Suggestions? And yes I put the A/C on cold.

How about you run it down to a place that actually works on A/C systems?????? Hell, you probably just overcharged the system now listening to these idiots on these forums instead of letting someone who knows what they are doing actually diagnose the problem. I laugh at some of these people on here, they all try to save a buck but yet every one spends about $500.00 more on throwing parts at the problem & not fix a dang thing & it would have been cheaper if they took their car to the dealership to get fixed!!!!!!!!!

Now, you may have created another problem by overcharging the system with too much R134A. IT doesnt take much to overcharge it either. Now, you need the entire system evacuated, pull a 29in vacuum on the system for about 20 minutes, let it sit for a few minutes to monitor if it has a leak in the system. Then add the correct amount of refrigerant to the system. Then diagnose the A/C system correctly

I agree with mdizzle f. Every Chrysler ever built had an expansion valve replaced. They were not the best quality and always developed a leak. I would replace that as a good start. Then, make sure the compressor is engaging. Good luck.
