What do you think should be done against the proliferation of bad trolls?
on YA Philippines.
There was a now long gone time where YAP was a community of respectful people exchanging ideas, opinions and information about the kingdom of the Philippines Islands. That community consisted of mostly polite members and was indulging a number of trolls as long as they remained funny.
But recently one has observed a proliferation of rapidly multiplying bad trolls. They create new avatars several time a day, keep asking the same recurring insane questions and post dumb comments and answers. Most are males but a few female also appear here and there. They usually are in their late 70's although they claim for 20 years less. They are all sexually impotent but they brag to come to the Philippines to rent or buy cheap pekpek.
What do you think should be done:
a) eradicate them with pesticide and weedkiller (but those are not environemnt friendly).
b) Send them the most harmful computer viruses.
c) Have the barangay official catch them the minute they put a step in Angeles City and send them to jail.
d) Help them, provide them with super doses of viagra and rent GRO's by dozen for them.
e) We have to accept them and pray. They are a punishment sent by God for this country numerous sins.
Or
f) Just ignore them and do not feed them hoping they will soon grow tired and invade another kingdom.
@fireako @RN2011 It seems blocking or reporting does not work well since the keep creating again their avatar everyday.
@delive_rance the list is pretty obvious, that is why I did not enumerate them. But I take your suggestion of answer (f) as probably the best one.
@platane aka devinette: sorry but I am not always a gentleman. These trolls get me on my nerves and I am not sure being polite is what they deserve. C'est comme ça, je suis désolé.
@MangInasar If this site is such a big joke, why do you spend time on it...unless its your way to have some fun. Sorry but on my side I check YAP to exchange ideas and information about the Philippines, which is an interesting country for me.

Proper Filipinos who wish to help foreigners here in Travel: Philippines are forced to leave this site because of these trolls. And foreigners who asks here are not taken seriously and may have disgusting answers/replies

First of all you should have ENUMERATED them here or give us the names of the people you have in mind that literally invaded this once upon a time respectful place called PARADISE for people with good ideas and encouranging comments but now it is INVADED by EVIL TROLLS. Just like any kingdom, evil never sleeps. Like a virus they are just waiting for a door or window to enter the kingdom and behold they are here.
I think letter F. just like the word f-u-c-k them. Ignoring them will give some signals and soon grow tired and wither away. But will be back another day.
I myself do not answer them I do not know why some of you or probably all of you answer their questionnaire. I personally skip them and answer those questions I find sensible and have some real meaning. I do not know why you stop and answer these trolls. because of the 2 points I suppose, sayang din ehehehe?

They could literally change the names and the photo of their ID randomly and almost on a daily basis so monitoring them physically is absolutely useless. The usual gesture or quote is "if you like to catch a thief, you have to think like them".

I don't think this is the swiss Marc I knew whose very gentleman with your word. Give me a sign that you are the Marc I knew. You never usually use vulgar words like pekpek as you know what it means, but I'm surprise with your dialog this time.

Besides the names of the trolls, you forgot to mention Dora, swipe or loco is among the worst troll ever this year. I always blocked her every time she re-opens new account. She got a newly opened one, from this month, I think it's the 12th. Not only that she's a troll she also manifesting abnormality with her questions and rants.

This site is a joke. It should be called "yahoo trolls" rather than yahoo answers. People like you who seem so affected by their presence are an even bigger joke.
