Curious question, help please?

Okay so ive been working out for awhile now and people tell me I have to eat alot to bulk up and get buff but if I eat alot wont I lose a 6 pack?

    thats why america is fat mate. eat healthy, a lot but healthy.

    greens, fruits, lean meat cuts, cashews, almonds. No candies, no deserts, sugar or flour. Try it... is basically no junk food. Learn how to cook so you can make the stuff you like healthier.

    get a whey protein shake and use it right after workouts. you'll see in a few months your gainings, lean and toned
