How do you correctly take a shower without leaving anything behind?
I don't know what's wrong with my hair, maybe it's the temperature, or the pressure or the products, but when I am taking a shower my hair tends to shed strands of hair and the showering water DOESN'T SEEM to wash it off, it just either slowly washes off or just beats pressure onto the strand against skin. So then when I'm done taking a shower there's hair strands all over me. IT'S SUCH AN ANNOYING NUISANCE! Please Help! ---- I'm more used to taking baths (asian style...meaning the tub, and a large cup to wash off with. also meaning that I'm more used to crouching over and washing hair with my head over.) but i've recently started taking showers instead . what can i do?! :((

After you are done washing your hair, it is normal for some loose strands to fall off. You need to get a loofa and apply body wash or shower gel to make your skin slippery so the hair washes off. I like the Dove brand moisturizing body wash. You should also purchase a hair catcher for your drain, which you will need to dump out after every shower, or else your drain will clog. They are cheap white plastic mesh and can be purchased at any grocery or drug store.

Along with what Cat said, you can buy Hair Strengthening shampoo and conditioner as well. :)
