Why do people vote for GOP if the GOP doesn't care about them?

It boggles the mind, doesn't it!

The decision to invade Iraq was the worst foreign policy blunder in modern history. 4,000 Americans and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis died. Remember Shock and Awe? It was the random destruction of residential neighborhoods in the hope of hitting someone important.

And think of the marketing job. We’ll be welcomed as Liberators. The insurgency is in its last throes. Major combat operations have ended. We don’t want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud. If we don’t fight them there we’ll have to fight them here.

It was a disgusting and shameful chapter in American History - and yet, we reelected George W. Bush. Go figure.

Most of these politicians are all the same and until you wake up they'll have you sold on a two party system that's essentially the same forever. Let's see here... How much of the basline should we cut of the proposed tax increases from last year?

Obama does not care about anyone except completing the Dream From his Father. That is to take down America because in his opinion we are such bad people and it is our time to pay other countries for our past.

I often ask myself the same question and can't think of a good reason. It just seems like to me that they're the rich guys and since they're "in" the government positions, they use their power to stay there and make their mark to drain the health of the country.

Its true. All they do is keep complaining without telling us what we should be doing instead. How should we have handled the GW depression. Ok, how should we handle the economy going forward? They have no plan - all they say is lower taxes creates jobs which is not true. Thats not a plan.

The common theme going around among them is liberals are crazy stupid socialist/communists. They are brainwashed into believing this. Because they believe that as a truth, they are brainwashed into believing that by fox news and others, they vote for the opposite which is republicans.

Same reason they vote for the new communist Democratic party stupidity!
