PCOS Diet! Things to Eat, Things to avoid HELP!?

Hey, just was wondering if anyone had any good diet tips or any lists of foods that are good or bad for PCOS. Thanks so much in advance.

    I too have pcos and have just followed the phases and rules of the south beach diet with cardio and weights every other day. I avoid things with flour and if its got flour I make sure its whole grain wheat. also avoid potatoes unless sweet potatoes and avoid peas corn and usually carrots and bananas and things full of sugar. if its sweet I make sure its natural or sweetner. Its real easy to follow! I have lost 75 lbs since Jan. If you don't need to lose weight then follow phase 3. Its a great book the diet is designed for pcos and diabetics!
