My 1992 E350 Ford van wipers only work on low, high and off. Turning them off they do not PARK.?

If I hit the washer the wipers will only turn off if I kill the engine. I think it is the pulse module with a bad chip. The chip is a 16 pin DIP marked 70001GL Motorola.I cannot cross reference this IC. Does anyone know?? Thanks!

    Call the Ford dealerships parts department, get the number and its availability and then cross that number over..

    Replace the wiper motor it should come with a reman pulse board
