Shooting a doe with fawns?

I have recently answered a question and got some negative feedback. In my area it is common practice to shoot a doe with or without fawns. Especially during the gun season. During the bow season I try to wait until it gets close to the rut when the fawns will get kicked away from the does anyways. So is it common in your area to kill a doe with fawns or not?

Update:

BBean. I have never and will never poach, and to have you accuse me of this is an insult. My deer season starts around the first of September. A doe will keep her fawns until they get chased away by bucks during the pre-rut. So yes there are fawns with the doe's during the regular season.

Update 2:

dac. Did I say anything about shooting a fawn. No. Read the question fully before you give an answer. Especially one as insulting as yours. You just made yourself look pretty foolish. Way to go.

I could care less whether she has a fawn or not. We've got way too many deer in Texas anyway.

Don't worry what these trolls think. Not a single one of them has the right to judge what you do.

Our firearms season does not open until late November. I don't worry if there are fawns in the bunch. One time I did shoot a doe and the fawn followed me one half of the way to the house. I finally turned around and chased it off. Crows and coyotes have to eat too.

At home bow season starts November first and when that starts the fawns are old enough to survive on there own and truthfully if you've ever shot a fawn they taste real good lol but so people don't get possed at me it was the last day of the season and I had two tgs left

If you go during regular hunting season they shouldn`t have fawns.

I didn`t say YOU did such a thing. If your deer season starts in September then the fawns will be weened. OK?

    * No it is Cruel, Inhumane, Unethical, and Un-Sportsman like conduct.* Let the little ones mature first before shooting them.* That type of behavior or conduct is sickening.* It's a good way to decimate and destroy the future Deer Herd if that is your primary Goal.* It's disgusting, ugly, and pathetic.*
