Can anyone follow you on tumblr?
Like, can anyone just see your blog and decide to follow you without your permission? If they can, is there a way to delete them or make them not follow you anymore?

Yeah, anyone can follow you, but if a certain person is following you and you don't want them too, just go to your follower list and find the person and next to them you'll see an option saying "block user"

Yes, anyone can follow you. If it's just a certain person, just block them, if you go to your followers theres a little block button under their name. And if you don't want anyone following you, you can password protect your tumblr by clicking on your dashboard, not your dashboard, just the stuff you posted and who reblogged it and where you can see your followers. then click on blog settings and there should be an option there to password protect your blog.
