For people who believe in Karma-do you believe that karma is done by the hands of God, or it's something?
that happens natural aside from God?
Eman, I don't think you understand my question. The bible speaks of karma also. It does not use the word "Karma" specifically, but it does talk about reaping what you sow. In fact all religions talks about "Karma", not just Hinduism.

Karma is not necessarily "good things to good and bad things to bad."
Man kind has always been suspicious of things and bad luck is sign of bad deeds done. For example, recently there was an earthquake in my area. It's unheard of for an earthquake to occur but according to experts it is possible. With that said, many people on facebook, those that are heavily into religion, began to speak of that we all sinned against god and he's paying back.
The problem I have with the concept of karma is just that. Good deeds does not equate to good things happen to you. While being good is a virtue you'd want to have, it does not necessarily mean that only good deeds will happen to you.
In all, I think Karma is just another suspicion developed in modern day culture. 100s of years ago, people thought bad weather or a bad crop yield meant that some virgin had to be sacrificed to restore balance. It works sometimes and sometimes not but it's all ambiguous because the question comes to if it happened as a result of what you did or did it happen as a result of nature taking course? Of course now we understand weather pattern and so fort, so it's easier to not screw up. In the past, it wasn't like you can pull out your phone to get weather updates.
Overall, the meaning of karma has been lost too. In the true sense, Karma is not good or bad things occurring to you but the overall value you have. What this means in the hindu religion is that we all start from the lowest form, and as we build karama, we transmit to the highest forms when we give up this life. So you might be a roach one life, then you go up to the level of human, then you go up to the level of heaven, then you go back to the level of being a roach. It's a cycle, that continues forever as you build karma for the next life. It's about a cycle of karma you go up then back down and you recycle over and over. That's all it is. Somehow it's mistakenly interpreted as good brings good, and bad brings bad. That is not the case.

i believe in the two, i don't quite see how somebody could have a concept in some thing it particularly is as logical as karma (the concept that what you provide out, comes decrease back to you in one style or yet another) and don't believe in an clever tension that drives this. If there replaced into karma with out God..... what may be the element? God Bless! ** i believe that karma is just one non secular gadget that helps in coaching our souls to grow to be extra stepped forward.

I believe God gives us what we need, put us in certain positions and situations, but we are the ones who makes the choices. Karma is due to us based on the choices we make. God is always with us to help guide us through this human experience.

Your question is. Excellent , congratulations for that. Theory of karma is basically a hindu theory.
I am a member of a hindu family but I believe in all religions (for things I find good) .& no religion (for things in them I don't find so good) but one thing is sure the ultimate religion is nature. As when it comes to survival one forgets all religious virtues. I believe the religion that holds good in every condition or situation.
Coming to your question my dad is a great believer of theory of karma so I asked him the same question. He told me that there exists a little portion of the god's soul in all of us as before we became human we have been 8399999 different species , that was a long test. Now if your roul is enlightened enough then you can hear voice of that part of your soul or everyone hears it but many often many people ignore it to do bad things.
Because if it is in the way you are sdying that every criminal & terrorist or convict.is victim of god's conspiracy.
I personally believe that theory of karma has been created to stop people from doing anything bad or anything they won't prefer to be done with themselves. Like if you eat a fish then u will we that fish ie next birth or if you eat a chicken then you will be slughtered in next life. It explains every disguist & pain on the earth & the victim was culprit of same crime like he was on the other side of the table.
In hindu religion our greatest god - the god of distruction Lord Shiv ( it is not Shiva its Shiv like it is not yoga it is yog) can get one's soul out of cycles of karma & life with suffering & going through all 8399999 lives.
We are most eligible souls very near to heaven thats why we are under final & most difficult test of human life where one can do good or bad on massive scale that no other specie can.

Yes, all religions speak of karma. Jesus himself said, "He who lives by the sword shall die by the sword"
In Buddhism, karma is explained as ... yourself.
Every word, thought, feeling and actions sets imprints into yourself. Your imprints make you who you are. In turn, who you are will draw you into circumstances that match any of your internal imprints, and draw to you circumstances that match your own imprints. People as well as circumstances.
Karma is not an outside force. It is the act of us creating ourselves every second, every choice. We cannot escape our karma because it IS us.
In Buddhism, as in yoga (a derivative of Hinduism), karma is taught as a natural reaction to our own actions. A natural "force". in that we ourselves are a force.

I would see it as a mechanism built into God's creation. "You reap what you sow"
"for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

I believe it goes with the Law of Attraction. We get what we give- we are all energy- we put out positive energy it will go around, we put out negative energy it will go around as well.
