It is strange how people on here will call for the death penalty all the time ,( not implying that you do), and then when it is another country doing the deed they get overexcited and start shouting about how barbaric the other country is...

If my understanding is correct , he was being a show off and displayed complete disregard for the safety of others.

Every country has the right to self determination.

Look at the USA, they didn't like laws imposed on them - yes self determination can be a bloody painful process... but it's just the drivers dumb luck to be born there instead of in Canada or the USA or Britain etc etc.
