What do you think of Bill Me Later?

I never tried anything like layaway and I have very limited funds and I heard about Bill Me Later but I haven't opened an account yet. I was wondering if anyone else has used it and if they think it's a good business to use.

Update:

Sorry might not be under the right topic but I suppose it works under this topic too since banks are a part of the government.

I have used it. It's pretty straight forward: you do your shopping at BillMeLater-participating online stores, at check-out you select Bill Me Later as a form of payment, you fill in your personal information and a credit check is conducted; thereafter, you are told if a credit line has been granted or denied. If granted, Bill Me Later accepts the charges and you pay them back in monthly installments. They may offer a period of time to pay back and avoid interests, otherwise, monthly interests accumulate. You can also visit their website and apply for a credit line, if granted, you receive a credit line based on your credit worthiness. It's safe and secured as using a credit card, APR is set at 19.99%.

I don't use it. If I can't pay for something on the spot then I don't get it. I never charge anything or lay anything away.
