In which way do schools and libraries improve when funding is taken away? Libraries need books just as much as libraries do, so if funding is taken away, who is going to provide them? And banks don't improve with more money, they just become greedier wanting more.

I never heard of that. I guess libraries and schools focus more on valuing what they have rather than spending money on things they need to work hard to learn how to use. Banks would improve because they can use the money for more advertising.

Banks require money to conduct business. LOL

Libraries and schools require a minimum amount of funding to remain viable, I don't think cutting funding would necessarily "always" improve them. LOL!

Because when funds are reduced to schools/libraries, they manage things effectively so that it will attract more funding.

Banks are managed better so more funds bring better growth.
