Can my PC handle MW3? And on what settings? (low, medium, high)?

The title sums it up, here are the details for my PC, i can't get anymore specific, sorry!

RAM: 8GB

Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

Operating system: windows 7

    You really didn't give us enough specifics because we need to know the CPU and the exact GPU, but I can already tell you this:

    Your graphics doesn't meet the system requirements of:

    Graphics: Shader 3.0 or better 256 MB NVIDIA® GeForce™ 8600GT / ATI® Radeon™ X1950 or better

    So I doubt it will even run, and it does, it will be unplayable.

    i dont think youve stated the graphics card correctly so idk but play bf3 dude
