I would like to purchase a shotgun to keep in the house and wanted input on what I should buy, as I have never owned a gun. Low maintenance, entry to mid level cost and no frills high reliability would be ideal. Where do I start?

So long story short, I can't poop. I only seem to be able to go with a LOT of stool softeners or laxatives. My diet isint great, in fact it's pretty bad, but I'm working on eating more fruit and I've been taking fiber supplements. I took laxatives 3 days in a row now, and I never seemed really get cleared out. I'm so full I have this thing where my bowels are so full that it presses up on my other organs and causes chest and abdominal pains. I can't even really eat, because when I do I get pain in the abdomen and feel as if I have to use the restroom RIGHT then, and am sprinting around looking for a restroom. Basically, I need help/suggestions on how I can REALLY clear my self out, all the way, and how I can regulate myself so I'm not always in pain and having to rush to the bathroom at the Wor st times possible because I'm so full that even eating something small makes me have to rush to go. Anything helps, sorry this is kind of a unorganized post, I just am really desperate for some answers, I've been having these issues for months, even years and am really tired of. So I have 6 pokemon, I captured another and I want to replace a pokemon I have on my character with the one I captured, but since I captured it while "full" on pokemon it said it was sent to storage to my pc. How do I get my new pokemon "out of my pc" and onto my character?

P.s I AM NOT ASKING how to get a emulator or anything to do with real world PCs, that seems to be a common misconception with my question, I am asking about the PC in game (Pokémon ruby)

P.S.S please don't try to explain how to get pokemon on the computer. People keep thinking I'm asking that too.

I'm currently in turkey, and have an American bought galaxy s5. My charger does read 100-220v, however I forgot the adapter for the plug at home so I can't use it. My cousin has a turkish bought s3, and her charger does also read 100-220v, but I wasn't positive it wouldn't fry my phone since her charger and my phone were bought in different countries, I just wanted to run it by someone else so I wouldn't go and ruin a brand new phone. Thanks for reading and hopefully someone knows the answer! Also, if u could site a source that would be better then just writing an answer, but if u can't find one (I couldnt) then any input would be fine. Thanks!

I'm starting a new clan with a 1400 trophy requirement. Basically I'm trying to start a semi-serious clan to be a GOOD clan wars clan( the loot is just so good!) And wondered if anyone had any tips to recruit players or manage a clan. We are called "kick @$$" exactly like that and our flag is the red and blue flag that is the very first clan flag on the list. i used to play dayz all the time, and then eventually i got really tired of the hackers, i decided that i would try and hack myself, and get revenge on those little cheaters. but of course, im not really a computer expert, and i got myself banned....thing is, now i just can't stand not being able to play anymore. So, i made a whole new steam account, repurchased arma 2 and operation arrowhead, and i got really confused from a couple of tutorials on you tube about the installation, so i looked up how to download via DayzCommander. i downloaded dayz commander, and installed it, and ran it. but it said i was still banned? all i did was install dayzcommander and not the game itself, but the tutorial didnt have that in it so i figured it came with it or something. I'm willing to do anything to play, and any help that will get me into the game will help. thanks!

I was taking a whiz and the ipod touch, 4th gen, 32 GB fell into the toilet. I fished it out IMMIDEITTLY and checked to make sure everything was working. Unfortunately, The sound Meter on videos and when I pressed the sounds buttons on the side had dissapeared and the sound didn't work with or without headsets on any volume. I dried it off with a towl and then shut it down and on again twice, and the sound appears to have a similar problem, the meter is back, but the sounds randomly turns itself to full volume or it turns all the way down. The problem with that is one, i have no sound, or too much sound, and two, the stupid box with the speaker on it and the sound meter that appears in the middle of your screen when you adjust the volume won't go away because the ipod sound is setting itself. I have put the Ipod in a bag of rice because I read thats what you should do to take out moisture, but beyond that I need serious help. I would like to know how to fix it, ill try anything, and if it's IMPOSSIBLE to fix it, how much it is to get repaired, I have NO warranty, and got it from Craigslist. thanks so much to anyone who takes the time to give me a actual answer!

I am looking for a good game to plat on the 360? Please keep in mind my parents are over protective and will not let me play EXTREMELY violent games even if they are perfectly ok like MW3 and assassins creed. I'd also like for there to be Xbox live on it, if possible, doesn't have to be though.
