can I charge my s5 in turkey?

I'm currently in turkey, and have an American bought galaxy s5. My charger does read 100-220v, however I forgot the adapter for the plug at home so I can't use it. My cousin has a turkish bought s3, and her charger does also read 100-220v, but I wasn't positive it wouldn't fry my phone since her charger and my phone were bought in different countries, I just wanted to run it by someone else so I wouldn't go and ruin a brand new phone. Thanks for reading and hopefully someone knows the answer! Also, if u could site a source that would be better then just writing an answer, but if u can't find one (I couldnt) then any input would be fine. Thanks!

    Yes you can !

    S5 uses Usb 3.0; S3 uses Usb 2.0 interface.

When you look at it Usb 3 interface on the phone is like there's a Usb2 interface + another small usb interface. You can plug the S3 cable to the larger part of that port (it wouldn't fit to the other).

There won't be any problems, only the charging duration will be longer.

yes, the adapers will work in any country, you'll just need to be able to actually plug it in (easy with an adaptor). Also, USB charging of any kind will not mess up your device, the only thing that could happen when using the s3 charger with the s5 is that the charge speed is slower (2A vs 1A output)

Its all about the outputu of the charger. the 100-220v is the input to the charger. if her charger is for an s3 then it is safe for your s5. or you can just get a micro usb cable and charge it off of a computer or laptop.
