I need help with a custom gaming PC?
So I just want to buy or create a PC, preferably a mini, to play games on. I don't want to spend a ton of money on it, but I want it to last. I would just be using it to play GTR, Project Cars and any other PC racing games that don't exist on the PS3. I'm Canadian if that helps at all if you are providing links.

Skyrim- resolution 1280x720 Ulrtra settings= 52.3 FPS (skyrim caps at 60 FPS)
Skyrim- resolution 1368x768 Ultra settings= 49.7 FPS
Crysis 2- resolution 1368x768 Ultra settings= 29.2 FPS
Crysis 2- resolution 1368x768 Extreme settings(1 below ultra)=35.4 FPS
Crysis 2- resolution 1260x720 Ultra settings= 30.2 FPS
Diablo 3- resolution 1280x768 Ultra settings= 103.2 FPS
Diablo 3- resolution 1368x768 Ultra settings= 76.1 FPS
