Yes! That happened today actually. Why do they even ask if they're only going to take answers they WANT to hear seriously.

My youngest dog is a Golden Retriever. I had never really been that into the breed, but my dad has ALWAYS wanted a Golden. My mom isn't a dog person and has never allowed him to have one, so I got one so my dad could enjoy him. He obviously isn't my dad's dog, but he gets to babysit him often and he just loves him so much. My mom has even fallen in love with him.

There isn't a breed of dog that I wouldn't own, as I love all dogs. This one was a shout out to my amazing father.

I must add, this dog is also the light of my life. :)

Yup. Sometimes I wonder what repeat questions I'm not seeing - does the "Antilean Dog" crazy still post every 30 minutes that we should all write to the AKC and demand that they recognize their rare, ancient "breed"? Does that other crazy still rant about how their designer dog is purebred once a day? Does that anti-vaccine fanatic still post links to discredited research and pretend it's a question?

    I know I'm blocked. Doesn't bother me.

Legit: I picked Belgian Malinois because there was no chance of getting a Laekenois when I was 15 and looking for a rare, high-drive herding breed to replace my first dog (old Labrador Retriever) as a competition dog. They're kind of addictive, and while there may be Laekie in the future, I'm pretty sure there will also always be Mals.

Yeah, I've gotten blocked a couple times but I don't really care. Just shrug a shoulder and it's forgotten.

Legit: I fell in love with the American Pit Bull Terrier when I was just a kid, my brother took one in for a friend who was moving. I never lost that love for the breed and learned every possible thing I could about them for 7 years and then without thinking about college, I bought a APBT puppy when I was 17. The first dog ever that belonged to me, I worked hard and payed for everything for him. My mom told me I had "two weeks to get rid of that thing!" I'm through high school, college, and engaged to the man who took me to get that little pup. And that little pup is in training to be the ring bearer at my wedding. I gave everything I had to keep that dog and make him a symbol of just how amazing these dogs can be. Also that just because they're raised by a teen, doesn't mean they're going to turn into evil nightmares. No one thought I could do it but he's amazing and is changing people's minds about this breed every day.

I'm fully aware I was a moron and should have definitely Waited to get a dog, but it was worth it.

Go here for the best dog training couse http://dog-training-course.checkhere.info/

Since it is obvious that you do not have a clue about obedience training, your services should be for free. You cannot train even an adult dog for 8 hours a day. About the most that can be done at any one time is 10 - 20 minutes and that is with an adult dog and not a puppy. The attention span on this baby is extremely short and training session should be no more than 10 minutes and twice a day. Additionally, there isn't going to be much learned if you will only be training for 5 days. Obedience training is cumulative and is done over a much longer period of at least several weeks to several months.

What you can charge is determined by your experience, reputation, and accomplishments and in a case like this, should also include guaranteed expectations. Just working with dogs over several years, is not the experience that is necessary to be a dog trainer. There are too many people who are putting that title to their name and fleecing the public. Don't be one of them.

Don't know if I've ever been blocked in the Dog or Pet section, but I have had several block me in the photography section. Mostly youngsters who can't handle hearing the truth, even when delivered without hostility.

I must have decided as an infant that I liked GSD. Got my first one before entering high school. We are on number 5 now, 45 years later. (One was a mix)

  • Yes I have been blocked because I like one breed that they hate

I have also been blocked because people did not like that I told them the truth when I answered their question.

I have also been blocked for telling someone that they are annoying for asking the same thing over and over

I have been blocked for blocking people (however I have only blocked 2 people who didn't block me 1st)

It doesn't bother me when I get blocked. I just block the person (because it is not exactly fair that they can see my activity when I can't see theirs). In the end they are the ones losing an ally, not me

Legit: When I was 15 and my Staffordshire Bull Terrier passed away I took comfort in one of my grandfather's American Pit Bull Terriers. I decided at that moment that I wanted a Pit or staffy when I get my own place. Low and Behold I was blessed with Domino. He is half APBT and half Staffy. So I guess I got what I wanted. Since then I have gained 6 more dogs of various breeds.

Yes, but it's their right to block if that's what floats their boat and helps them to have a nice day.

Lg. In my mid 30's decided to have a Borzoi... the first big hound type I'd had and a quite different experience to the smaller dogs I'd had before.

Oh Lord yes. I was blocked by someone again today. I really don't care. If their skin is that thin they shouldn't be here. I got my first english springer spaniel in 1982. In 1983, I realized that there will always be a springer in my life. Yes i've had (have) other breeds and mixes but there will always be a springer in the mix.
