Lets say evolution was proven false...How would that prove God?
It wouldnt really and if you said something about how since there would be no better explanation then God you would be using a logical fallacy (Argument from Ignorance) So tell me...How can you prove God without using a logical fallacy or circular reasoning?
@Vin if you didnt notice that is not the question. I never said that it would disprove God you made that assumption on your own though if you notice Evolution kind of messes with the story of creation.

To what degree does science effect religion? It doesn't, so therefore it wouldn't prove or disprove anything.
Science is constantly being adjusted and revised, and that is the point. Religion was 'written in stone' centuries ago by the 'wisemen' of the times, who I will add do not rise to the level of a middle-school education.

There are many possible arguments for the existence of God, but I'll stick with the most basic. Every event has a cause. We know this well enough to consider it a law of nature, as throughout all human history there has never been a single instance of anyone detecting otherwise. Science tells us that the universe had a beginning. The beginning of the universe is an event. Therefore, according to the law of causality, it must have a cause. However, since it is the first event in time, the cause cannot be part of time. It must be atemporal and uncaused.
This proves that something outside of time must have caused the universe. Further reasoning shows it must be a deity of some sort. The universe is filled with tons of matter and energy, therefore the cause must be either omnipotent or at least unfathomably powerful. The universe is incredibly complex and fine-tuned, therefore the cause probably should be intelligent. A cause for all of the universe sufficiently intelligent and powerful to create it must be omniscient as well, especially since it creates everything in time and space. By this point, it is proved that the universe must be the product of some kind of deity. Personally, I believe this to be Yahweh, the God who revealed Himself to man and came to earth as Jesus Christ.

Lets say evolution is proven true....... Would that dis-prove God.... NO
There has never been one shred of evidence of one species turning into another species. If there is ever any evidence then we’ll talk.
In fact there have been so many discredited hoaxes that the theory is now more like a hypothesis.
Evolution is based on the claim that ALL LIFE on the planet developed over millions of years from the simplest to the most complex.
This level of transformation has never been observed or proven, nor is anyone even attempting to do so because they know it can't be done.
Evidence MUST fit the theory or the theory is bogus, i.e. only a hypothesis.
