How do I relieve swollen insect bitten foot?

I have been bitten twice on foot and once on ankle, two of the bites have blistered and both foot and ankle have swollen beyond recognition, is there any way to reduce swelling and could I pop blisters and squeeze or would that be bad

Probably best to leave the blisters be for the moment. The best way to reduce swelling is to take an antihistamine tablet or apply some antihistamine cream. If you don't have any of that, any sort of insect bite cream would do, including things like waspeese. If all else fails try icing your foot, that should take down the swelling and relieve the itchiness/soreness. Hope this helps :)
