The Tip of my Penis (around the uretha/exit..hole..) is swollen?
Yeah so, the tip of my penis (not the entire head) is swollen around the uretha/whateverr. Its been like this since for awhile? Like.. years? haha. Im not too worried about it. Im a young guy so. But my question was what this is?/what this is caused by? Is it serious? Should I consult a doctor? Thanks All

I'm no doctor, but if the tip of my dick was swollen I would go to the doctors as fast as I possibly could haha. If you are worried about your parents, just tell them you need to get a Physical done. The doctors already check down there so just ask them if it is weird.
