Toys r us/babies r us refund policy ?

I bought a stroller from there 2 days ago and the wheels keep sticking and the swivel wheels just have a mind of there own. its quite a expensive stroller aswell, I've still got the receipt and box, so if I pack it up and explain will they offer a refund? as they have no other strollers I'm willing to purchase from them. also has anyone had any experience with returning items to toys r us?

    The sale of goods act states you are legally entitled to a refund.

    As the goods appear to be faulty they have to refund or replace
