Alcohol in beer form puts on weight. By naming the offending foods, you as much as admit to knowing their effect on your body. You know how to eat well. Do so, and much money will be saved by eating big, busy salads and whole grains, fruits, etc. Treat yourself to the rubbish and brews once or twice a month. Don't deprive yourself, but don't deprive yourself of health and a feeling of vigor. Go get 'em, Tiger.

Well, cutting out the booze will cut a lot of calories, and you won't be getting "alcohol munchies", so that will help with the overeating. :D
