Aurora Shooting - If he was Middle Eastern he would be a terrorist etc.?

Middle Eastern does not equal terrorist. Some Middle Easterns are terrorists. Most are not. Many terrorists are not Middle Eastern. Terrorism has also gone under different names.

Timothy McVeigh blew up the federal building in Oklahoma City. That was called an act of terrorism.

Two men attacked Blair House in the 1950's with the goal of killing President Harry Truman and killed 2 of his guards instead. Today they would be called terrorists. Then they were called Puerto Rican nationalists.

Early in the 20th century, a federal arsenal in Black Tom, New Jersey was blown up, an act of terrorism. They were called German nationalists.

Before that, a group of Italians committed multiple acts of terrorism. They sent package bombs to public officials around the country through the mail. They delivered a bomb the the home of the New York Attorney General. They blew up a truck bomb in Manhattan at lunchtime. Back then, they were called anarchists.

Not all people especially from the Middle East are terrorists and second, James Holmes, if that's correct was a heavily mentally disturbed man who was right there at the scene in the movie theater and also had a strong interests in weapons like guns, in which was stated to have been with him at the time of the shooting.

Actually politicians and the media would be doing all they could to say it wasn't a terrorist attack. Just like they did with the Fort Hood shooting.

This was an act of terrorism btw terrorism doesnt mean middle eastern guys attacking it means to create panic by hostile actions.

You really don't need a lot of help here. MSNBC tried to tie him to tea party, FOX tried to tie him to OWS (wall street protesters). If his hair was not orange he would have been very quickly labelled a Muslim.
