How to get the whole family on board for changing into a healthy lifestyle?
So I want to change my lifestyle into a healthy one. Problem is I'm still in high school, and my parents control to the pantry. I talked to my mom about this and she says she's all on board for this, but fails to follow through with action. Such as, I want to clear out the fridge for bad food. She's all for weight loss, but believes there's temptation wherever you go so no you can't clean out the fridge. I'm just so frustrated and disappointed with my parents, it's really hard without support to make change in your life.
I don't what to do besides lecture them, which does not work. Please I'd really appreciate it.

No one chooses thier parent or childhood. You can only control yourself. You can inspire them though your healthy decisions. Your mom is right and temptation is everywhere. Perhaps take your focus off the contents of your fridge and lead by example. Even if your fridge was perfect as soon as you leave your house you are probably 3 blocks from a McDonald's.

It's fantastic that you're interested in having a healthy lifestyle! I applaud you. I think you should start out with baby steps. Maybe google some delicious healthy meal recipes your whole family can enjoy. And the next time your mom goes to the super market ask her if you can go with her. If she picks up anything unhealthy show her the amount of fat and calories. Ask your family nicely to try it out for a week and once they do they will realize that they're losing weight and their skins will be glowing therefore they will support your outstanding idea!
