I'll give you my honest opinion if you give me yours:)

  • He's leaving for Germany, do I stick around?

My boyfriend of 8 months is leaving in one month to study abroad. He will be in Germany for one whole year and I will be here in the US. I wanted to do long distance, but he did not. So when he leaves we will be over and no longer in a relationship.

He says he still loves me and wants to spend time with me before he leaves. He wants us to continue dating as if he did not make plans to break up with me. I do love him and he makes me happy, but I am also hurt that he doesn't want to try a long distance relationship.

Which would torture me less: spending as much time with him as possible before he leaves for good or saving myself the extra heartache and ending all contact now?

  • Why doesn't my bf want to hang with me?

I'm not very experienced so help me out!

Okay so I met my bf somewhat recently, and we clicked right from the first meet up. On our third hang out he asked to define the relationship and we became official then. I've met his friends it's not a secret thing.

We have only been official for two weeks now, and since it is so early in the relationship I think it is strange why he never asks to see me! We talk pretty much every day but I haven't seen him in a week.

I also find it weird that we haven't had a formal date where he took me out to eat or that kind of thing, it has only been casual hang outs. I'm not opposed to movies or going to a party but I just don't feel like I'm in a relationship if we literally never go on dates.

He used to initiate things when we first were getting to know each other, but he doesn't mention anything now about getting together. I have tried to set things up but end up getting excuses. We just started dating why wouldn't he want to hang out? We're both in college and busy, but I really don't think I'm being needy by wanting to hang out at a minimum once a week.

Do you think that now that the "chase" is over he is uninterested and bored and that is what is going on here? Or he only wanted one thing and was just playing me? What would you do?

  • Do I cut my friend out of my life?

I met "Josh" and we became friends quickly. We have talked a lot over the period of two months, but I always made it clear that I just wanted to be friends. He however has been pushing it since day one. This weekend I went to Josh's apartment to hang, and he made it really weird and awkward. He kept on insisting to cuddle with me, he asked a ridiculous amount of times and I left because I was weirded out. Now he blows up my phone about he won't do it again and he will try his best to "un-crush" on me. Now I just feel weird about this whole situation, should I just stop talking to him and cut him out of my life? That feels a little harsh but idk what to do because I don't think he can just be friends with me.

  • Should I wait for him to initiate a hang out?

I've been talking to this guy for a month and a half now. We are long distance (about a 4 hour bus ride), so our contact is mostly texting. And as college students we don't have the extra cash to see each other often. We've only hung out in person three times now, and each time I feel like I was the one who pushed for it to happen. We're not official or exclusive so I don't want to be clingly. Is it wrong of me to wait for him to express interest in seeing me again (I might be waiting forever), or should I just be the one who sets it up every time?

  • We're good one minute and not talking the next, help me decode the male mind?

So I had been talking to this guy I met online for almost a week. We really hit it off. Three days ago we talked all through the night until 4 in the morning; it was really an intense conversation (in a good way). HE was saying how much he couldn't wait to meet me. I texted him the following day casually and he was weird, very short; we didn't talk very long. He hasn't texted me since.

So I just don't get it, things were going great one second and the next nothing. I just want to know what happened so I can move on.

  • Should I wait for him to text me? (help for an awkward girl)?

So I met this guy online, and we really hit it off. We have been talking about a week. We talked last night to four in the morning today. It was a really intense, deep conversation. But today he hasn't texted me at all, which I thought is weird since things went so well last night. I don't want to seem clingy by being the one who usually initiates conversation. So should I wait for him to make a move or do it myself at the risk of looking desperate?

By the way were both 19.

  • Leave in 2 weeks HELP, should I let myself fall for a guy?

I'm heading off to college soon and I'm crushing on a senior in high school. I've only known him a relatively short time in the scheme of things, but I feel like he's one of my best friends. We have hung out everyday, had a lot of fun together, and I love being his friend.

I can't deny it I have a full butterflies in stomach crush on him. I would like the idea of having it more but is it really smart of me to

    A) possibly ruin a good friendship if he doesn't feel the same way

    B) IF it works out get in a relationship right before I leave for college and be long distance (only hour away)

Should I hold in my feelings and keep him as a really good friend or take a BIG risk and possibly have a relationship at the end of it?

  • Are we more than friends?!? I don't know?

I think he likes me because we have litterally hung out every day for the last week and a half, he says I'm a lot of fun to hang out with, gives me hugs every now and then, and we have A LOT in common.

Today we were getting lunch and the waitress said we were a cute couple, and he hard core blushed BUT said we were just friends.

Thing is though he has friends that are girls and it just seems like we're really good friends, like he never seems nervous around me BUT he's a pretty outgoing guy. I don't want to ruin our friendship if I'm misreading things and he doesn't like me more than a good friend. What do you think?

  • HEY! Help me! This guy is confusing!?

Hi! I'm confused if a guy just all of a sudden stopped liking me. We've had a thing for over a month, he asked me to prom and we've hung out a few times and texted a lot. The last time we hung out he put his arm around me ( he's really shy so it's a big deal he would take that step I could tell he was nervous).

I really like him and he gets my humor. Before we used to both initiate conversation pretty equally but he hasn't texted me at all since our last hangout ( it's been like a week). I'm just confused because I thought things were going good.

In my last relationship, the guy just stopped texting me and any plans to hang out he just never showed. I ended it cause I got fed up with it, I guess to not text me or communicate was his way of breaking up without actually doing it. It kinda left me heartbroken, which is why I'm insecure about him not initiating anything. Should I keep stay with this guy and keep trying or let it go?

  • How to not be shy around guys?

Hi there! I'm very shy and I haven't had a whole bunch of boyfriends. I'm not good at talking to guys at all. BUT there's this one guy with the best personality and laugh. . . and I would say we're acquiantences with a lot of mutual friends and we have a lot of classes together. I haven't seen anything that says he likes me, or anything that says he doesn't.

How can I overcome my introvertedness/shyness/ackwardness and talk to him, possibly get to more than friends?

  • My best friend is using me for?

everything. I don't know if i should confront her or ignore things. I feel like she's taking advantage of me because of several things like she asked to borrow my video game for a party, but I was not invited to the party.

She always uses my things, grabs things from my house, ect but I can never seem to borrow her things. She talks to me about her problems all the time, but when it comes to me she doesn't listen, or turns it to her problems.

I'm not good at confronting people, so if you would confront someone how would you go about it?

  • How should I handle this situation? SHORT READ, EASY POINTS?

My friend Sarah asked to borrow a video game for Jessica's New Years party. I wasn't invited to the party, they just came and picked up the video game, and left. I'm not good at confronting people, what would you say to Sarah?

  • HEY I JUST MET HIM! and this is crayyy so read my question?

Was that a good attention getter? I was really trying here... SO I've talked to this guy like twice, we had pretty decent converstaions, and I feel like I could talk to him for hours and never get bored. BUT I never see him, no classes, never in the hallways. It was just a fluke thing that was a same place weird timing that I talked to him again.

This is not a retorical question, anwser if you can: if it's meant to be will I just run into him again? Do you believe that by just meeting someone once you can know that you guys were combatible?

  • How to get the whole family on board for changing into a healthy lifestyle?

So I want to change my lifestyle into a healthy one. Problem is I'm still in high school, and my parents control to the pantry. I talked to my mom about this and she says she's all on board for this, but fails to follow through with action. Such as, I want to clear out the fridge for bad food. She's all for weight loss, but believes there's temptation wherever you go so no you can't clean out the fridge. I'm just so frustrated and disappointed with my parents, it's really hard without support to make change in your life.

I don't what to do besides lecture them, which does not work. Please I'd really appreciate it.

  • How to move on or get back together?

So me and my boyfriend of 3 months broke up a couple days before valentines day and i still miss him a lot. It was really stupid why we broke up...i asked if there was a problem bc for the last couple weeks we barely talked or hung out. He would blow me off and litteraly never text me. I confronted him about it before and told him i missed him but it stayed the same...So i asked if we wanted to break up and said he didnt want to, and i said i didnt either but he said it was probably for the best...So we broke up...

I miss him so much i cant get my mind off of him. We havent talked at all since the breakup. I wouldnt be opposed to getting back together with him, but he would need to put more of an effort bc I was sick of being the only one trying.

So would it be best to move on? Or try to get back together? And how woulf I try to start the realtionship again? Or how to move on?bc im not doing good at it so far
