How to get the whole family on board for changing into a healthy lifestyle?

So I want to change my lifestyle into a healthy one. Problem is I'm still in high school, and my parents control to the pantry. I talked to my mom about this and she says she's all on board for this, but fails to follow through with action. Such as, I want to clear out the fridge for bad food. She's all for weight loss, but believes there's temptation wherever you go so no you can't clean out the fridge. I'm just so frustrated and disappointed with my parents, it's really hard without support to make change in your life.

I don't what to do besides lecture them, which does not work. Please I'd really appreciate it.

show them a movie about food and lifestyles about how people live with obesity or how people eat junk food everyday and die prematurely or develop numerous health problems. scare the health in them or you can show them the benefits of being healthy such as living longer or looking absolutely gorgeous.

Hey chick, shut up. Go eat some chips and sit down. You do not control what your family eats. If my sister told me what to eat i'd bash her head in. It's their body, their rules. Go have sex even if your mom disagrees, it's YOUR body! So don't judge your family if they want to eat junk food. If you want to eat healthy, you go get a job and you go buy your own food. I mean...your in highschool so get up and find a job
