How do I convince my parents to let me go to boarding school?

Hi i am a teenager and i really wanna go to boarding school. I never thought I would say that because i tend to get a little homesick at times. Now don't get me wrong I love my school here I have many friends who love me and I don't get bullied...it's not the school I wanna get away from its more like my parents, and I also think it will prepare me for college and help me grow as a student. I love my parents and all of my friends always tell me how jealous they are of me because of my parents. I don't wanna sound like a brat but my parents get my what i want i guess. The part my friends don't know is how much i fight with them. And i know somebody is gonna tell me that i should go see a therapist or work out my issues instead of running away but trust me i have tried it my mom doesnt believe in therapy or anything else. I have thought about killing myself many times after our arguments but i never actually would do it (so i was never actually serious) it was just a way to take out my anger. And i have thought about running away too (not being serious of course) and i haven't even brought up boarding school with my parents because i am scared about what they would say not because they would be mad but i just feel embarrassed about it. I really do wanna go and i know that we can afford it so that won't be a problem. I guess i am just scarred and lost on how to present my whole idea to them so I don't sounds like a complete idiot to them. I know all of my friends who think my life is perfect would kill to be in my place but i kind of wanna tell them about this and how hard my life really is at the same time i am scared it would totally ruin my reputation and everything i have worked towards.

Please help me i am sooo lost!!! :(

Make a few valid points here. You know your parents, and you know how to play to their weakness here.

You can tell them that you're being bullied and need to get away from it all. But they might try to "help" and see that you aren't getting bullied that much, or just put you in another local school. Neither of those things would help you.

So you could present the point that you have looked into boarding schools and have noticed how they prepare children for college and living away from home. You could make points of how it would help you become more mature, how the curriculum is much better, and talk about all the opportunities it would open up for you.

To present your idea just tell your parents everything you will benefit from this experience and also tell them it's a great and civilized way to learn and prepare for life and tell them when you come back you may have a better relationship with them

First of all, you will have to relatively come to a decision should you wish to visit London for college. Write down the professionals and cons of dwelling for your possess. How historical are you? Do you may have economic help? When you get all of it discovered. Present it for your mothers and fathers, allow them to realize that youre able to survive your possess. I suppose you will have to keep together with your mothers and fathers in which you may have help and legal responsibility. Instead of dwelling for your possess. How will you pay for meals and all? Have you looked at colleges and costs of dwelling there? This is a giant subject to believe approximately. I believe you will have to relatively do your study.

Tell them your getting bullied and go hard with it. They might not be able to afford it, Idk you're situation. Boarding school is really expensive. They might not want to depart with you. My advice is just stick it out in traditional school. I went to boarding school twice and I promise it's not what you think. Promise.
