Muscles still shaky 3 days after working out?

So I've recently started doing kettle bell workouts after not really doing any kind of muscle related workout in years. The routine is kind of rough but I've ben doing it for a week or so with a break day here and there. My sore days were last week and the pain has gone away thankfully. This Wednesday I did the same routine but I pushed myself a bit harder than usual and my biceps and thighs/calf muscles have been feeling kind of shaky/twitchy ever since. It is now Friday. Are my muscles really still healing? Is this normal? My biceps shaking is making my arms/ hands feel shaky which is kind of annoying.

    For a few days, walk daily. Use three lb. weights. Work different muscles. Get liquid vitamin/minerals from pharmacy, generic, ok. I guess you did too much. You'll be normal by Mon.
