So I've recently started doing kettle bell workouts after not really doing any kind of muscle related workout in years. The routine is kind of rough but I've ben doing it for a week or so with a break day here and there. My sore days were last week and the pain has gone away thankfully. This Wednesday I did the same routine but I pushed myself a bit harder than usual and my biceps and thighs/calf muscles have been feeling kind of shaky/twitchy ever since. It is now Friday. Are my muscles really still healing? Is this normal? My biceps shaking is making my arms/ hands feel shaky which is kind of annoying.

I currently am insured under my father who gets his health insurance from the state because he was forced to retire from a work related injury. What will obamacare do to this? Will My health insurance be changed or will under my circumstances, be left the same?

I have a spayed 2 year old female cat and she is just plain fat. I havent weighed her but maybe 15 lbs and she looks like she should be a small cat. I don't know why she is so heavy though. She does get free fed but Only at night before bed and she shares the food with another cat. I only give them about a cup- a cup and a half to share. I'm not even feeding them a fatty food. It's a high quality, higher protein dry food. It's called Acana Pacifica if you don't believe me. She doesnt seem too lazy to me either. I just don't understand why she is so fat. =/ I do have a laser pointer which she loves but I have to get new batteries. Any suggestions/opinions would be greatly apreciated.

I got the 40 in 1080p element lcd tv from target on black friday and we just hooked everything up and when I turn it on to a channel, the sound keeps getting loud and then it gets quieter over and over again. It's a basic cable set up where the cable just screws into the back so there isnt really any technical aspect that I could have done wrong. What could be causing this? Should I just return the tv?

Okay so I went out with this guy twice so far. The first time we met was great we went bowling followed by talking at a diner for a long time. I used my free bowling game passes on us and had my own pair of shoes so no rental was required so all he had to do was pay for his shoes. Oh and he bought me a drink at the alley. When we went to the diner we just sat and talked and didnt order anything. But it was great playful conversation and we ended it with a hug and said goodbye several times with each time getting distracted and more conversation following.

So for our second date I drove to his area and he took me to this nice valley area with hills and corn fields and we just walked around. Then we decided to go to a movie but had time to kill so we just drove to a few places. When he drove the music was a bit loud so I didnt feel comfortable talking much and he never really walked close to me which sent mixed signals. When we got to the movies we were in line and we walked up to the clerk together when I hear him say "One ticket please." So he didnt even pay for my $11 dollar movie ticket. That actually made me upset. Does that make sense that I should be upset? Arent guys supposed to at least offer to pay in the beginning? And so in the theatre I was cold and he noticed but didnt do anything about it. No hand holding or arm around me. And when the date ended we ended it with another hug. I dont know any advice? We havent texted since which was a few days ago but he has liked and commented my statuses on facebook. Help.

Today I was at a stop light and then I saw it turned green so I started to accelerate. The next thing I knew, I was looking back up at the light halfway through the intersection and it was red again. There was no yellow, It just went from red to green to red again all within a few seconds. I looked behind me and no other cars went so I'm a little confused as to why the light did that. My passenger in the other seat also said she saw it turn green and then it was red again. I basically ran a red light because of this.

2002 Volkswagon Jetta 1.8 Turbo. Automoatic transmission. It has roughly 70k miles on it. Heated seats, moon roof, premium sound. Non smoker car. No car accidents. Green with tan/black interior. I am going to sell it privately. Please let me know the most someone would pay for it. I looked up Kelly Blue Book but I want a persons point of view also as to how much they would pay. I just had the engine fans replaced so theyre brand new as well as struts, an oil pan ect... tires are also good. No real cosmetic damage except for usual wear and tear of a used car.

Is this worth the price????

Is that worth 12k or should I tell them it should be cheaper?

I am going to look at one today but the high mileage is making me weary. Do volkswagens tend to last long?
