Help me am I pregnant, did I miscarry?

I am 15 and I had my period on the 6th June, it lasted for 6 days and was pretty heavy even though I take medication (tranexamic acid) for it, I am anaemic

On the 20th (ovulation day?! Most fertile?!) my boyfriend may have had precum on his fingers in which he made contact with the opening of my vagina although he didn't actually insert any fingers inside, his fingers still touched the opening of the hole

I've been scared ever since in case I'm pregnant and I've had symptoms like sore breasts if I touch them, tiredness, a flu/viral infection and loss of appetite

On the 2nd July I woke up to brown circular stains in my underwear and some pink which I identified as spotting for implantation bleeding however now it has progressed into a period except it is lighter than my usual very heavy periods. It is a little clotted due to the tranexamic acid I am taking

I'm scared because I don't want to be pregnant but I fear I am, my mother is very strict so i don't know if I should tell her

I have two suresign pregnancy tests which I'm going to take tomorrow but do you think I'm pregnant or just paranoid?

If I was pregnant I'd be 4 weeks today and ive never had sex
