Romney will delay his announcement of a VP just as he is trying to delay release of the other "promised" Tax Return -- he has all along played the "severe conservative" and he will be conserving the news to the latest possible "News Alert" second so as to dominate the airwaves - Twitter network

    No, Rob Portman is in keeping with the "Safe Choices" that Romney will take during late August -- there is little chance that there will be a prior to convention announcement . . .
