    He would be a good pick. He has been the only adult in the room to make a serious budget and real, workable and cost-effective reforms to entitlements. Romney picking him for his running-mate would send a solid signal that Romney is serious about cutting government spending and economic reforms. It would also help deliver Wisconsin (where Ryan is from), a usually Democratic state, into Romney's hands.
