What does this mean about craigslist?

Somebody told me it was against the rules of craigslist to explore the ads. Huh? I just wanna know what I'm getting into if there is something posted, and it doesn't match up. If it is please point out the specific rule.

    No, of course it's not illegal to search or explore the ads. What would be against the rules would be copying someone else's listing or their posted photos and using it for your own ad.
