Where can I find other homesteaders?
My husband and I are going to be moving to northern Wisconsin to homestead in the next 3-5 years. Problem is we know no one else who's interested in doing this. We don't want to just go up there and HOPE there'll be people to meet. Aside from loneliness I think community is extremely important for help and support. Anyone know a website or anyplace I can find like minded people?

go to the w.o.o.f. website (world organization organic farmers)they are all over the world in every state,you can work on their farms,learn how to live green,they pay you,give you room and board.good luck :)
