What he said was true. It was a politically motivated but still true. Every elected person in government has an eye on public opinion and the opposition. FDR and Churchill did the same thing.

Reagan walked out of the Iceland meeting with Gorby because he was totally unprepared with an answer. He was truly an "acting" president. Other people wrote the script and he said the words. He couldn't respond because nobody had written an answer to an unexpected offer. Reagan was an idiot that should have won an Oscar for playing the part of president. He was incapable of thinking on his own.

People in the Reagan administration have commented that the only thing Ronnie talked about in conversation was funny stories about Hollywood and his movie experiences. That is what he knew, nothing more. He didn't initiate any economic, military or any other plan for Americans. That was all done by his advisors. If he thought it sounded good, he took it as his own plan.

With Gorbachev he was baffled not tough. He had to consult with people in the know to get an answer. That is why he walked out. Obama is smarter by a thousand miles.

The television commercials in the swing states should be inundated with short commercials such as Obama telling Medvedev to wait until he is re-elected, then he will be free to do whatever he wants with the country. Or Obama telling business owners that their success is not because of their hard work. Or questions about why his administration has spent millions of dollars to seal his college records.

Well I would tell him finally we have a great President that cares for all americans, the middle class and the poor. Obama cares for all races not just the rich white seniors males like the republicans. Obama respects women unlike the republicans. Obama respects all people straight and gay and has proved that to us. Obama has alot more work to do in the next four years.
