How can I change my sleep schedule for school?
It has been summer for the past few months and I have been sleeping crazy hours like 5am-4pm. School starts on August 20th. And I'm wondering, how can I change my sleep schedule from what was previous said to 10pm-7am? Is there a way? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Will

Slowly change it, and make sure you have something to do in the morning, so you have a reason to get up.
instead of sleeping from 5am to 4pm go to like 5am - 2pm (Thats still TEN Hours sleep)
Then try to go to like 3am - Noon
Next 1am- 10am
You can do this over about 4 days; Don't forget to set an alarm, and if you can't get to sleep at like 3 or 1, then try to go for minimal amounts of sleep (Set an alarm for 8 hours)
On the Night of the 18th try to go to sleep close to your normal school arangement, like 11 or 12 to 8 or 9
Either way, the first maybe... 3 days of school are pretty easy, because you're just getting adjusted, and meeting new teachers.. So that should give you 3 more days to get back into routine.
