Still can't sleep... What should I do? ?

I fall asleep at like 8am .. And wake up at 6pm and I just want to be able to sleep normally again? What should I do?!

    As with overcoming jetlag, you have to stay up during the next day, even though you feel like just sleeping, and then hit the sack during your normal sleep hours. If it helps, do some exercise to tire you out and make you ready to sleep at night.

    Are you depressed? Do you have highs and lows, in other words are there some days weeks or months where you are awake a good portion of the day and feel great without sleep and other time when you are just to tired to get out of bed, etc.. This could be a potential sign of a mental disorder, not saying your crazy or anything most disorders can be very easily managed through various means such as medication, therapy, or even just knowing what all is going on and proper lifestyle management. If any of this is true of your current predicament I would think about speaking with a doctor or even setting up an appointment with a therapist even if just to talk and vent some frustration. Don't feel embarrassed or self-conscious, they are there to help and in fact that is what they went to college for and most thoroughly enjoy the job

    same :/

    but now that i'm working it's starting to regulate.

    and soon i'll start school so hopefully it regulates some more.

    your body is so immune to sleeping that way for a long period of time that it thinks it's normal.

    but you just have to find more important things to keep you tired through out the day and sleepy by the end of the night.

    it's kinda like training your body into a different sleeping schedule.

    if you are unable to find more important things, you can pull an all nighter then the next night you will be sleepy as hell.

    and play soothing music while you sleep and make sure you are very comfortable and relaxed.

    i love to listen to the frogs croak and sleep in the cold.

    that seems like a good day of sleep,anyway what you need to do next day is to not sleep at all,keep yourself busy,then go like down like 10 pm or whenever and you'll wake up at 8 am or whatever,problem solved ;)
