i would first get some nude eyeshadow that's close to your skin shade and apply it as a base to your eyelid - just up to the crease. this makes eyeliner less likely to smudge and provides a smooth, non-oily starting point.

as the eyeliner in this look is more of a rough, undefined line i would recommend using eye pencil as opposed to liquid eyeliner to get that same effect (liquid eyeliner would give you more of a smooth, hard line - if you want it to look less defined along the edge like the girl in the picture, pencil is your best bet). just go along your top lashline with the eyeliner (starting about a quarter way in, like she has) and then make the line a little thicker, shaping it so that it is a bit thicker towards the outside of the eye (again, like the girl in the picture has). be sure not to go overboard with the eyeliner - less is more!

then all you need is a good, thickening mascara! apply evenly along all lashes, top and bottom. if it's a good enough mascara you won't need to use too much. watch out for clumps!

    hope i helped! xxx

line the upper lashline but not on the inner corners, make the line about 3 times as thick as your lashline, follow the curve of the lid but when you get to the end (the outer corner) stop and now line only the lower lashline (just between the lashes) then at the outer corner only SLIGHTLY lift the eyeliner upwards and a bit outwards (it's not a wing btw!!) and connect it to the upper line. This slight lift will prevent your liner from dragging down at the corners (if you're following your eyelid shape) which can make your eyes look downturned. Apply mascara on top lashes then take the residue on apply to the lower lashes. It's really a simple look.
