How do i put this statement into my own words...?
“The inability of organizations to fulfill their promises while expecting more from employees in view of increased competition at times leads to felt violation, which refers to the feelings of anger and distrust arising from the realization of a broken promise which an employee felt was part of the psychological contract”

If someone told you, it wouldn't be your own words! Why don't you copy it onto a word document and with all the 'bigger' or more advanced words, right click on them and press synonyms. Then choose an easier, more 'you' word as a substitute. If you don't see any on synonyms, you could click on thesaurus. This is what I do when i want a good internet quote to sound more like I wrote it :)

You can't put it into your words if you use what we write so why not spend a little time reading the paragraph and then try again.
